Pat Sajak and Kim Kardashian To Host Raw

Rumors abound that long-time “Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak and pop culter femme Kim Kardashian are set to host WWE Raw in coming weeks. No dates have been announced as of yet.

Upcoming Raw hosts include Ashton Kutcher (May 31), The cast of the “A-Team” movie (Bradley Cooper, Sharito Copley and UFC’s Quinton “Rampage” Jackson – June 7) and “Royal Pains” star Mark Feuerstein on June 14.

Booker T Makes Appears In TNA Main Event

On Friday, former WCW World Champion Booker T made an appearance on a live TNA event in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Booker T had last been with TNA prior to his departure last fall. Booker’s appearance was a surprise for fans when he replaced A.J. Styles in the main event against TNA World Heavyweight Champion Rob Van Dam. Apparently Styles was unable to appear due to travel-related issues and Booker filled in. Unfortunately for Booker T, he came up a little short and Van Dam left Lake Charles with the TNA strap.

Most reports say that this was a one-shot deal for Booker, but TNA has made mention of it in a prominent location on their website. This leads one to wonder if this might not be a way for Booker to rejoin the TNA ranks.

Carlito Released

The official World Wrestling Entertainment website (www.wwe.com) is reporting that Carlito has been released by the company following his first violation of their “wellness” policy. Normally, the first violation has been resulting in a suspension and treatment, but Carlito apparently declined treatment and was released.

Jeff Hardy’s Case Postponed Again

The Fayettville Observer in North Carolina is confirming that Jeff Hardy’s court date has been moved yet again.

Hardy appeared in a Moore County, N.C. court earlier today alongside his lawyer and his case has once again been delayed until June 3rd, 2010.

ROH: Jimmy Rave to Return

According to Jimmy Rave’s Facebook account, we may be seeing him sooner rather than later.

Jimmy Rave: “Oh boy… Interesting news today… Don’t call it a come back!!!”

We’ll have to see exactly what this means. The safe money would be him returning to ROH. The Crown Jewel of the Embassy may very well be returning!

John Cena/Batista Loser Leaves WWE

Tonight, John Cena is scheduled to announce the stipulation of his match against Batista at Over the Limit.

Rumor has it that it will be a Loser Leaves WWE match. Batista is rumored to be leaving WWE. He has been talking about leaving the company for quite some time. The final straw was Triple H being named the lead role in a movie which Batista was promised the role. It appears Batista losing would be the obvious choice, but John Cena has several nagging injuries. They could give Batista the win to swerve us. We’ll have to see.

Update on Drew McIntyre’s Status

Drew McIntyre, was NOT fired from WWE. McIntyre worked on WWE’s recent tour of Mexico. While McIntyre has not been suspended or fired, it is being reported that Friday Night SmackDown talent have absolutely no idea what is happening with him.

Riot in India over Great Khali

Fans in India caused a riot at the Tau Devi Lau Stadium, due to The Great Khali being unable to attend as advertised for a charity wrestling event . Khali’s spokesman, Amit Swami, had the following to say:

“We had clarified verbally to the organizers about 10 days back that Khali would not be able to attend the event and we also had returned them the money. Despite that, the organisers went on to publicise Khali’s supposed appearance for reasons best known to them.”
